Buyer-Broker Agreement to Show Property
A limited, short-term agreement that authorizes a broker to show you specific properties — without the full commitment of an exclusive employment agreement.
What Is This Document?
The Buyer-Broker Agreement to Show Property is a limited-scope agreement between a buyer and a real estate broker. It authorizes the broker to show the buyer one or more specific properties and defines the compensation arrangement for that showing activity.
Unlike the Buyer-Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement, this form does not create an ongoing exclusive relationship. It is typically used when a buyer wants to tour a property with a specific agent without committing to a long-term working arrangement.
The form identifies the property or properties to be shown, the time period covered, and any compensation terms. It is a narrower document than an exclusive agreement and is designed for a single showing or a limited set of showings.
