Michelle Shelton
REALTOR, Designated Broker, CNE
Michelle Shelton has an air of confidence for a reason. She has earned it.
Michelle has the unique ability to “see” things not visible to others. This unique ability not only saves her clients thousands of dollars, it adds to the security of the entire process. Michelle masterfully manages emotions and has a calming way about her that supports her clients. This allows her clients to fully trust her and place their confidence in her abilities. This makes for a smooth transaction.
Let’s face it, anyone who has gone through buying and selling a home in Arizona knows it is a turbulent process. There are a thousand different things that can come up in the typical real estate transaction. When these “deal killers” come up, you want someone experienced, clever, proactive, and urgent to take care of it. Someone who can potentially ward off problems before they occur and either way, someone who protects your money and has your back. You also will want someone who communicates with you every step of the way and is well connected in the real estate industry. That’s Michelle.
Michelle is proud of her record of repeatedly being awarded to the Multi-Million Dollar Club and the Top Producers Awards for several years. Although these things are nice, it isn’t her driving force. If you ask Michelle, she will tell you her greatest achievement in real estate is serving her clients. It may sound corny but it is built into her DNA. Serving her clients, their friends, family, and co-workers are what really brings her energy.
Michelle has a very high amount of referral business from previous clients. Many of these referrals are her client’s kids, grandkids, and other family members. A few of them call her the family REALTOR®. It is the highest compliment she can receive. Simply knowing she is generating trust throughout the family brings her great joy. She enjoys being ‘the trusted advisor’. The Negotiator. And also, the family friend. No job is too small or too large for her, first time home buyers, land parcels or luxury homes, real estate and people are her passion.
Michelle has sold numerous Horse Properties in Arizona. She has also sold numerous Waterfront Homes, Single Family Homes, Homes with NO HOA, Relocation and even Land and Lots. She has a specialty in Arizona Horse Property and Single Family Homes because of the multitude of them that she has sold. And she does not limit herself to those types of properties and can help with any real estate need in Arizona. If it is out of her scope of expertise or geographic area, Michelle will call and interview agents until she finds one who will offer the same high level of service she expects. No matter what state you may be thinking of buying and selling, Michelle can help find you the best REALTOR® through her referral system. She has relationships with other top REALTORS® across the nation and is a valuable source of both buyer and seller referrals in all of the 50 states.
