Real Estate Addendums

When you are buying a home in Arizona, you may have issues come up where your agent may need to write an addendum. In Arizona real estate, nothing is verbal. Everything must be in writing so if the buyer and seller want to change something on the original agreement or if anything that does not match the original agreement, an addendum is used. An addendum are also used to correct items such as misspellings on the Purchase Contract.
