How can you “see” the differences in real estate agents? What makes someone the best at selling or buying real estate in Arizona?  

Sometimes people don’t really care who sells their home or helps them find their next home. BIG MISTAKE. 

In Arizona, there are over 89,000 licensed real estate agents. Why is that? It only takes two weeks to get your license in Arizona and then the fun begins. Most real estate agents think they are going to make big money but when they find out it is 365 days a year, including Holidays and they realize the long hours and zero pay until closing, that can change things. 

Less than 16% of REALTORS® in Arizona close more than 10 homes in a year. 

Let me ask you this, if you had a friend who was a brand new pilot would you be so eager to “help them out” and let them fly you to your destination?
