Michelle Shelton provides home searches on this and other websites through the advertising services of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service or Arizona MLS. There is no charge to use our site to search for your next home.
When you login to our websites and search for homes you may be contacted through email or phone in order to serve your real estate needs and expand your search.
You are under no obligation to work with any REALTOR® from Solutions Real Estate, AZ Mastermind Group, LLC. or Michelle Shelton when you use this site. Although we are looking to earn your real estate business we stand by the REALTOR code of Ethics and do not solicit clients from other agents. Unless you choose to sign an agreement stating that you agree to work with a particular real estate agent, you are not obligated to work with any one agent. However, please know if you are working with multiple agents and you call our office you may or may not receive information without an employment or buyer broker agreement. You can search the listings for free and you can call or email us to give you more detailed information on the real estate properties (not including your long distance phone charges, if any).
If you are a real estate Seller, you cannot advertise or “list” your real estate directly on our site without a listing agreement. If you would like to list your home in the MLS you must be willing to offer a co-broke to the agent selling your home. A co-broke is offered by the listing agent once you and the listing agent have established a full commission amount.
